7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once issued, digital software licenses are non-refundable unless a technical defect is verified. If you request a refund for defective software, proof of defect must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are only issued in compliance with software publisher policies.
