At EDDELACT, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our return policy is as follows:

 

• Hardware Products: Must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Software Products:

  Physical Copies: Must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  Digital Software: Non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for a return.

• Defective or Damaged Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days regardless of condition.

 

• Opened software, including CDs, DVDs, or download codes.

• Software subscription-based services (unless specified otherwise).

• Used software or hardware products.

 

1. Contact Customer Service: Email on customercare@eddelact.com or call on 1 (888) 688-4280 to our customer service team within the return window.

2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will provide an RA number and detailed shipping instructions.

3. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging (if available) and clearly mark the RA number on the return label.

4. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by customer service.

 

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Exchanges: For defective products, you may choose to receive either a replacement or a refund.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or if there is an error on our part.

 

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

• We may request photos or additional details to assist in processing your claim.

 

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of unopened hardware products.

 

• Most hardware products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty details.
