Returns and Refund Policy

At EDDELACT LLC (www.eddelact.com), we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. General Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product, followed by a 3-day period for Return Authorization (RA) approval. After RA approval, you have 14 days to ship the item back. Additionally, please allow up to 10 days for transit.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A. Hardware Products

  • The product must be in its original factory carton with all original packing materials.
  • Return Authorization (RA) Number: You must request an RA number before returning any hardware. The RA number must be on the shipping label, not on the carton.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products without an RA number, freight collect, or not meeting the return conditions will be refused.
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply for non-defective returns.

B. Software Products

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or refunds for downloadable software unless there is a verified technical issue preventing usage.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, notify us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Once return authorization is granted, the RA number is valid for 14 days.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of RA approval and must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • EDDELACT LLC will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened software (including physical copies with broken seals).
  • Downloaded or activated software.
  • Customized or special-order hardware.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

5. Restocking Fees

  • Returns of non-defective hardware are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which applies to unopened and unused items in their original condition.
  • The 10% fee does not apply to defective or damaged items.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • EDDELACT LLC Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

8. Damage Policy (During Transit)

If your product is damaged during transit, follow these steps:

  1. Note the damages on the receipt at the time of delivery.
  2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so it is returned to our distributor for freight claim processing.
  3. For concealed damage (damage found after delivery), contact EDDELACT LLC for a freight claim and keep the item, packaging, and shipping materials intact for inspection.

If shipped via truck/LTL: The receiver must file the damage claim within 24 hours and notify EDDELACT LLC.


9. Refused Orders

A 10% returns processing fee will be charged for any refused orders, in addition to all freight charges. Please verify order details before placing your order to avoid this fee.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before shipment to avoid refusal charges. No future orders will be processed until the fee is paid.


10. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-10 business days from approval.
  • Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
